thats called an impact break. what happened was you hit something(like a pot hole or a lip in the road) that broke some of the nylon cords in the sidewall of the tire creating a weak spot in the tire. since there is nothing to hold back the air other that the thin layer of rubber of the sidewall it gets pushed out. if you leave it for too long the rubber will eventually fail in that spot and you will be sol.
well i dont really remember hitting a pot hole so hard. plus my rims are in good shape nothing wrong with them.
mayb there are many holes where i live so wats the solution? put more air in them? get higher profile tires?

You can't do anything about this except get new tires. Buldges on tires are more common than you think. It happens on tires with low profile or high profile, so it doesn't really matter if you have low or high profile tires.
highly recommend replacing that tire. mostly when you have a low profile tire.
had one of those on my acura for few months, didnt blow or anything cause it was a fat tire (205/60/16). but try to get the tire replaced asap cause they can blow at anytime causing you a flat and im pretty sure you dont want to damage your rims or spend a day on the side of the road.
