Tire Pressue for 215/45/17 ??

For you guys that have 215/45/17 , what tire pressure do you set your tires at? right now i am thinking I dont have enough air in my tires and I want to know what the best would be for gas mileage and so my tires don't wear unevenly. Thanks everyone..

I have 215 35 18 and run 36 psi, the car handles better, the steering is quick, and the ride os good.

30PSI is TireRack's recommended pressure for that size on this car.

Fine, but don't hit any pot holes you'll dent a rim. I am glad I have chrome 18's cause when i do hit potholes it sounds like hell, but when I check my rims they're good as new.

I had that size, 32 psi is what the manufacture suggested, that's what I set it at.

That depends on the tire manufacture.
