Powder Coating Rims. Color Suggestions.

Well... I'm taking the plunge and getting my rims powder coated. Konig Verdicts. 17". Right now there white, but I'm going for a "stealth" look.

I'm still debating on a color. I'm leaning towards a dark gunmetal flavor, or black.

Right now I have an 02 Civ Coupe, with black projectors, and black tails, with 20% tint. (Soon to be on the fronts again to, damn cops)

What do you guys think, right now I have a dark gray picked out, but I'm thinking I want to go to a black.

Lets hear your thoughts.

Thanks, Nate

Flat Black is a pain in the ***! Owned a set for 2 weeks never looked dirty but any lint or minerals in water etc will make white spots. If you go black do gloss black. Powdercoats strong; good **** just make sure you get em done by someone good other wise they will have alot of orange peal.

Well if any of you guys are in the southwest michigan northern indiana. Freedom Finishing of Benton Harbor is doing them.

Costing $20 to prep the wheels and $30 to powder coat. per wheel of course

I love that drop man, what size are the rims/tires, and what springs?. Right now I'm thinking a flat black. That really set the style off.

What do you guys think of any texture, or as smooth as possible?

If everything is black, go with the gloss black. Only bad thing (and this is why I would never go all black) is that when your tires arent clean or shiny, it doesnt look as good.
