I have a 04 civic and i was planning on getting some chrome rvm blackjacks in 18x7.5 my question is will they stick out past my fender? The offset is either 37 or 38 i also plan on lowering the car in the future so i dont want that look of your wheels sticking out real far if you know what i mean.

Also what profile tires would be best 35? 40? 45?

no its not too wide. i have 17x7.5. plus there is no BEST low pros to get imo. its more on what you want. the 35 is pretty thin and you will hear the road more, but looks nice. the other sizes are not as small and you will hear minimal road noise but its a bit more comfy.

will not stick out ... I have 235/45 18's and they dont stick out but they are too wide for the car if you're lowered.... I wouldn't go over 215/45 ....

I have 18X7.5 on my car, with 21540R18's and it looks just right IMO.
