18x7.5 to wide????

I am planning on getting some rvm blackjack chrome 18x7.5's (basically a knockoff of the konig prophets) and i was wondering on a 04 civic would 7.5 stick out past my fenders? Please help me. I plan on lowering the car in the future also. I dunno if it matters but the offset is 38. Thanks for any help you can give.

I had 16x7.5's +42 offset ... 225/50/16 goodyear tires ...

depends on your offset. when I lowered it, it rubbed badly ... then was ok when I get a camber kit/alignment
