Having rotors cut all the time
Having rotors cut all the time
I had the original rotors cut at 10,000 miles, after Honda took care of that for me I purchases a set from a parts store. It seems as if I get about 10-15 thousand before I start feeliing a pulsation in the petal and have to have them cut again. I do not drive hard, this is my daily transportation, is this a poor engenered braking system or do I just have bad luck? Also, I adjust my rear brakes about every 15-20 thousand so I know that its not the front that is stopping the car and heating up my brakes to make the rotors warp

do u wash your car a lot?? I've heard of rotors warping cause people drive their cars around and then go for wash. The rotors are still hot, and when you put cold water to them they'll start to warp.
Does that sound familiar?? I dunno, just giving a suggestion. I'm probably wrong, but you never know.
