brembo type r conversion

i tried searching the forum for a positive answer.
but since the spoon caliper are so damn expensive i can have the brembo 5 bolt conversion and have a set of rim for the same price.

but here the question, i spent over 4000 bucks (canadian) on my suspension setup.

tein basic, and petty much everything nuespeed

would i be able to keep all those part, if i were to do the big conversion.

or do i have to change the coilover to RSX, and camber kit

ive seen HAWK, and other people with the conversion, but their cars are not lowered, i just want to find out
