I was just wondering what thought everyone has on rims for a red civic. I was guessing a gunmetal, or hyperblack with a crome lip. Any thoughts on the hottest rim for a red car?

personnally i like the toyish look of yellow or if not the toyish look...tone it down a bit with some gold rims....

dont order anything off wheelmax, they suck. if you get rims, get quality, not immitation. the only immitation rims that are really worth getting are Rota's. On red cars, black, white, n silver color rims look good.

black and gunmetal will look good, but its what everyone is doing. bronze will look good, but also becoming overdone. white looks great! hawk used to have that combo before he did the k20 swap. silver looks good, but its plain(ish) looking. yellow...eh. only if its done right. like if you are going all out race car then yellow might look ok...

red is really a very easy color to match.

Yeah, on my old car I had some white 17' 7spoke rims and I liked them but I wanted to go with something diffrent this time around. The rims on it now look good and all but they're too small. So I want something darker but not stright black or silver, more like gunmetal, hypersilver,or *hyperblack*. But I wouldnt mind doing white, I think white wheels with white graphics looks weet.

I was leaning towards white rims for my red Civic also but then I realized it's a pain in the *** to keep them clean. If you're not lazy, go for it. I am so I'm gonna go with a different color, still not sure what though.

Personally I am a huge fan of polished lips and black powder coating. It is all up to you. If you know photoshop a little bit, just play around with different rims you are interested in.
