I'm doing a neuspeed drop on my sedan, so I need a tire size that will provide comfort and no rubbing. Not a huge deal about improved cornering, since I don't autoX.

Rep Power: 0 I think those tires SHOULD be fine w/ the drop......the 45's are great for the ride...but just to be safe i would go w/ 40's....incase u have harsh rodes w/ big bumps, with the 45's u MIGHT rub....the 40's u will definitly be clear

Rep Power: 286 Something to keep in mind... I had some Dayton Daytona 205/40/17 tires that were ZR(over 150mph) speed rated. When you go with a higher rated tire, the sidewall is usually stiffer. When I got new wheels, I bought some Kumho 205/40/17 Ecsta 711's which are HR(130mph) speed rated. The difference was it was much softer of a ride and they felt much more comfy. Some again something to think about.
