Wheel stud missing

I'm looking to buy some rear brakes off the SI and the set that has my interest has a problem with the wheel studs. one of them was pulled out of its spot. Is there a way to fix that? or is that brake assembly just shot? thanks in advance.

Wheel stud

no dude that is an easy fix, but a new stud at honda or take one off of your drum brakes, beat the old one out with a punch and use some washers and a wheel nut to pull the new one in place.

basically take the drum cover punch it through, put new stud through backput cover on, put a wrench up against the drum put lug nut on an hammer it on until it seats all the way and then you will be good to go

the studs allready gone, so the only thing i'd have to do is take the new stud and hammer it into the hole, no screwing involved?

Lug studs should be pressed in not HAMMERED!
Pulling it in with the nut and washers is the best home method.
B4 you jump, you can hammer a lot of times, but once in a while it will not seat correctly. ( and you don't know it till you try to take the nut off)

As o3civicsi said, use the lug nut and some washers to pull the stud in.

I've used the hammer method for about 8 years and have done countless wheel studs and never have I seated one wrong......but....do what you want.

Lug nut method works great. Pounding puts a lot of stress on the parts.

You want a lug? I did the swap and bought an extra set, so let me know.

either method will work. afterwards when you put your wheel on and tighten upthe lug nuts its going to pull the stud to where it needs to be.
