stock wheel size 2004 si

I know that they are 16" but not much else. I want to buy some aftermarket wheels that are the stock size and width, and +/- 6 mm in offset, to run in gs solo2. Can roto wheels be bought in the stock size?

Good luck finding 16x6" wheels. You're pretty much forced to buy something like Kaisers or Kodiaks that can be ordered in custom widths.
I'd just shoehorn some Hoosiers on to the stock wheels and buy any size you want for the street.

Yes, and he said 2004, which makes it the 5 lug car with 16x6 wheels, which you aren't going to find anywhere.

size

I just for the hell of it crawled under my car and looked at the back of the wheel, it says 16-6 1/2 with a 45 under it. I assume that the 45 is the offset?

the 04s and 05s have 16x6.5 with an offset of 45. Lug pattern is 5x114.3, stock tires are 205/55/16s

lighter wheels

I was intending to put my autocross tires on the stock wheels, but then I thought if I could get some lighter aftermarket wheels to decrease my unsprung weight, it would be better option.

Well the only other 16x6.5 wheels I know of are Mini Cooper S wheels, theyre 4x100 and the RSX wheels... which I doubt are much lighter. Its an odd size. You're gonna have to order them from someone like Kaiser or Kodiak... like I said, stockers are going to be your best bet.

Okay, so if I go with race tires on my stock rims, what is the largest size I can fit, without rubbing problems, and if I put my stock tires on say some Rota grids 16x7, what would be the best offset (seeing as the stock wheels are 16x6.5 with +45 offset). Anyone autocross an 04 si, last summer, what size tires did you run?
