New Tires

I need to replace my front tires b/c I've been drivin around w/ f*ed up alignment and a bent tie rod for toooo long. I'm hopefully getting it all fixed this week or early next.

Anyways, I need some opinions. I currently have Yoko Avid H4's. I like em for the most part. I was reading that the H4S has a longer treadlife and therefore probably has a a little less grip. I've got a few in mind and was hoping that I could get some reviews or opinions!

Possibilities:
Yoko Avid H4S
Dunlop SP Sport A2
Potenza G0009

I'm gonna be honest, I'm more worried about traction and road noise than treadlife. I don't want to end up with tires that are BALD after 20k like the stock firestones. Thanks Guys!

How can you be more worried about traction and road noise then treadlife, yet dont want tires to go bald after 20k miles?

First off, before you get new tires, get your tie rods replaced and get your alignment done, otherwise you will just eat those new tires up in no time.

Second, you can make any tire last over 50k miles with the proper rotations, alignments and tire balances.

I say get a pair of falken ze-512's, I have them in 185-65-15 and I love them. I have had them on my car now for around 20k miles and they still have 95% treadlife left. Never cause me any problems, a bit noisy on the highway, but well worth it.
