yes it will fit.
if your gonna lower, then you'd have minor problems with rubbing/camber. if its just 18" wheels with the proper tire size, then no problem at all.
as for the tire, we have a tire calculator on this site which is under the catergory of "quick links" at the top right. we also have a search button function which is very helpful for any questions.

19" volks are only 5x114.3
20" GTC is only 5x114.3
the biggest multipeice wheel 4x100 is
RACINGHART type (CX,C4,CR) i have 2 of the 3.lol.
HRE/Iforged will make 20" 4x100 but expect 1300 per wheel (HRE) and 1100 per wheel (iforged) and on top of that prices expect 6-9 weeks for delivery..
