adjust ABS?

I have a civic 02 EX sedan.. if I change my rims to 17" and get the dunlop tires, do I need to bring the car to honda to adjust the ABS?
i heard that if the rim is under 19lbs, i would be safe... otherwise, it's not good to the car... is it true?
what's the spec that I have to look for when shopping for the rims?
please give me some advice/comment
i don't want to pay a whole load of money and then take the car to the shop for repair..

Thanks!

(yes, i'm a newbie, will post the pics after I change the rims)

you'll have no problems. the ABS system moniters wheel speed, it doesnt care how heavy they are.
