HELP: check your rear brake drum plz..

hi guys!!

maybe some of you noticed that currently, im biatching around with my rear brake drum because they're making stretching noises..

HOWEVER...after changing the rear shoes, i still get the same "problem"....now, can you guys do me a favor?

go to your car........and while idling, pull your hand brake straight up...and then, push your brake pedal dowwnnnn......

listen to your rear brake, are they making "stretching/pulling" noises?

i believe, that im the only one who think that this is a problem......and i think that it's possible that this situation is actually common and normal for all cars..

can you help me?? thanx!!
