Hawk or Axxis ultimates brake pads?
I do. I always go to work every morning and take the highway and drive really fast in the range of 50-85mph with really hard braking.
I also highway a lot and I need brakes that will respond to things that happen out of no where. I realized that the stock brake system wasn't good enough for me and my type of driving.

Not rotor frendly means that you will be replacing your rotors more often.... High temp pads are made of harder compounds, and thus wear the rotors more. Some are more Friendly then others but when compaired to stock, none are.
Do you think the brembo blanks I got will handle them better than the oem ones will? How long do you think the blanks will last.
By the way would anyone be interested in buying used rotors, i don't know why anyone would need them but i was wondering that. thanks
thanks Z for everything

Brembos are a better quality rotor, you may beable to get a couple of pads out of a set of rotors. But it depends on how hard you are on the brakes. I know of people going though 2 sets of rotors per set of pads, but they were doing Track days at the time. One guy I know when through 2 sets of rotors in one weekend.

does anyone know the answer to this, on the back of the hawk HPS pads, there is a piece that feels like metal that is stuck to the pad, is that a shim?
Guys I really need help with my brakes. My little nephew pressed on the brakes when my left front didn't have the pads in it. Therefore the piston has extended all the way out. It is messed up! dumbass little fckuer!!!!
