I need new brakes. What kind should I get, and what exactly do I need? Shoes, drums, pads? I am very confused. What is a good brand of brakes also? Something with less dust, and good braking. Thanx.

Well it depends if you need fronts or rears. The fronts need discs and pads, the rears need shoes. There's lots of good brands. Depends what you're looking for. I'd recommend Brembo OE-Size replacement blanks. As far as pads... what kind of driving are you gonna do? Most everything that has more grip than stock is going to dust more, there isn't much you can do, its the nature of the compounds. Hawk HPS, Axxis Metal Master or EBC Green **** pads would be a decient upgrade for the street.
