Whats up Civicolics!
I have a 2001 EX Coupe Inca Pearl Civic...
I just bought my 18 inch Racing Hart C2's..
WITH 225 40 18, Falken tires .. and OEM suspension/springs..
NOT EVEN CLOSE TO RUBBING... DONT LISTEN TO N E BODY!!!
no rub.. great ride.. nice fat tires.. i cruise over average potholes.. in New Jersey..
Ill post up pictures soon..

Rep Power: 0 I've got 215/40-18 and I've never rubbed. Dropped on Goldlines. All you have to do is roll your fenders in the back, but that depends on the offset of the wheel also.
I've never rubbed in the front at all though. Not one little bit.
225/40 would probably rub with any kind of drop though.

Rep Power: 0 ok guys tire size kinda doesnt matter its the offset of wheels... i can make a 20" 225/35/20 fit w/o rubbing w/ proper offset.... and ive made 8.5" wide fit too... depends on offset. and oh yeah who ever posted this... try and drop ur car 3.5" like me and then make it not rub... yeah thats the hard part.
