Dish is more a function of offset than anything. If you have a very small offset you can put a huge dish on it.
We don't have an overly small offset or very wide wheels so it doesn;t work too well.
OZ makes a few with a decient lip, Hamann started making Mini wheels (4x100), but I recommend you remove the Hamann cap in place of something else if you're putting them on a Honda. HRE, but putting HREs on a Civic is kinda ehhh, BBS doesn't do much in the way of lips, Axis has a couple lipped rims, thats all I can think of at the moment.

axis mesh 2, axis supermesh, axis se7en mod. I looked at the rim ****** thread in member rides and he listed those and they have pretty deep lips...

If you start messing with offset too much you can cause some other issues... Like premature wheel bearing failure and poor handling (Due to the wheel haveing more leverage to use against the suspension wich basically equals a loss in spring rate).
