Unhappy powder coating? hit side wall!!!!

ok guys i was driving last night and i hit a patch of ice and slid into the sidewall
the damage isnt that bad i am getting the front control arm replaced and alignment right now.
but my rims got some pretty bad rash on them now. i was wondering if anyone can give me a name that is here in texas or maybe nation wide that does powder coating? when doing powder coating can they blast the rash out or will they have to coat over it and will they coat over it?
what is the standard price i searched and 50$ per rim or 200$ looks pretty standard so far?
if anyone has any info on this subject please post . thanx in advance

are they aluminum rims? if they are youcanprobably justgotoacollicion place. Im thinking Bondo over it and sand it smooth but if you had all that damage you might be better off just replacing the rim (thats what iwoulddocuz it must be bentpretty bad (unbalanced) hope that helps just so youknowimnotan expert just what iwould do in your place
