Here is a 215/40-18, this is VNlilMAN's civic. You can check my gallery for 225/40-18's, I have those on my RSX. They may be a little too wide though.

HondaLuver will become famous soon enough
i think it is too big because the inner width of the fire wall WILL rub when you make tight turns...

the only tire i reccommend is 215/40, 215/35, or 225/35

Fletchman04 is on a distinguished road
going on the same note here.....is there a big difference in ride quality going from 40's to 45's? i am about to but some tires and i want to know if i should get the 45's instead. i have 205/40WR17 on now.

i think you should get some 215/40 or 215/45, the 45 will improve the cushion but it think it look like u will have too much tire, so i suggest 215/40

eh i suggest 205-45-17s... 215-45 is too thick and 205-40 is too thin. 205-45 matches stock perfect...
as for 225-40-18s.. those are too thick for our cars.. i think even 215-40-18 is kinda on the thick side. 225-35-18 might be perfect but ya you might have problems rubbing. thats what i would get tho, nothing rolling fenders cant fix
