please help!! Winter tire size

I have a Nissan Murano with 235/65/18 tires on it. I need winter tires but they don't make any in that size. The closest is a 265/60/18 (which is just a little taller in radius and wider). The wheels are 18x7.5 inches. Should i get these?? TireRack's package consists of 235/65/17 tires and wheels for $1304 (this tire radius is a good bit smaller than stock).

What should i so??
ANY help would be greatly appreciated!!
Thanks!

Oh damn. I was gonna say thats way too frickin big for a Civic but read it again. Just curious... whats wrong with the all season (probably terrain oriented) tires on there? I don't know that I'd mess with it at all. Usually you get winter tires because you have SUMMER tires. Which I don't think Muranos come with... so I say just leave it alone.
