Best Big Brake Kit for EX coupe

What do you guys think is the best big brake kit at the best price that will work on an ex coupe with abs. Im looking at the wilwood kit that includes 12 inch rotors and 4 piston calipers about 650. and the kit by ssbc. Do any of you guys have either of these kits. I want to do a whole replacement including the calipers. Thanks for the advice.

Wilwood is good for our car, except that it will make your wheels dirty, since the calipers has no dust shield. I had the AME Big Rotor Brake Kit and it worked well w/ stock calipers. However, as far as what our car engine is producing, stock brakes is good enough. of course, there are other good brakes kits like brembos, ap racing, stop tech, rotora(dont know much about them since they dont make their own calipers), baer, and etc... also, tires are an important part of your braking. sticky tires will help you grip the road better

if your gonna go big brakes, might as well go for the full 4 rotor brake conversion first.... it helps a lot.... i did it to a older hatchback and it was dope, but still saving to put one in my 01 coupe....

I would say willwood is the best. but like hangoooknamja said before you do that convert your rears to disc using si parts... hubs, rotors, ebrake cables ect.

Yah that looks tight, but do you know if they work with ABS.

I have to disagree with your statement that "our cars brakes are good enough" I've faded the hell out of my brakes before, our engines are powerfull enough to cause brake fade. Also, i've already warped the rotors once that was only after 9K miles. After I finish my suspension, I think i'll do the rear conversion, as well as bigger brakes front and rear. But I suppose that would have to be after I get bigger wheels since they wouldn't fit... I've looked on brembo's website, and so far they don't have a kit out for our cars, Is this correct?

Lastly, if you're going to do anything to your braking system, you better do it to both the front and the rear or you're going to screw up the brake balance and actually make your car stop slower.

any front brake upgrade will work with ABS as long as you are not changing the axle's or mesing with the sensors.
