ADR DV8 18" black

i dont know much about tires and rims....is it possible to fit 18" rims (ADR DV8's) on my 04 civic? and what does the offset mean? what does it mean if it is +48 offset?

also, what tire size would i want...i dont have my car dropped and dont plan to drop it anytime soon.thanks

man it's possible to fit friggin 19's man!! and also i guess if you don't wanna drop it anytime soon go with 215/40/18 pretty good quality there!! that's what i have but mine is dropped though!

I don't think ADR offers a black DV-8 18" wheel with 4x100 lugs and a 48 offset. I've got them in black with a 42 offset, and they fit fine. running 215/35-18 Piradas. nice setup, but the paint could be better.
