Online Wheel Stores: Lists and Reviews Due to all the recent negative experiences with certain online wheel stores, I'm gonna start this sticky thread so that other members can avoid getting shafted by the same places.

Now I know people say that wheelmax sux but Ive had a pretty good experience with them. shipping is free and they have fairly good prices.
Customer service could be better, you have to call them to find out the tracking info on your wheels. (they dont give tracking #'s)
I ordered My wheels and they arrived 10 days later as promised.(from FL to MD)
The wheels came wrapped properly and in excellent condition with all hardware included.
I know my experience with them is rare, Ive heard horror stories about wheel max. But on this occasion they did a pretty a good job. I probably would buy from them again.

Loved their customer service!!! They're very helpful on the phone while ordering and fast replies through e-mail if you had any questions. Plus, the guy who took my order (Eric), followed up with an e-mail to inform me that my wheels were sent and included FedEx tracking numbers.
Took about a week and a half to two weeks to receive wheels. Two rims/tires per box, 2 boxes. Everything was included in perfect condition. Shipping for me was 100 bucks, but that all depends on where you live.
I totally recommend them. Good stuff!

I would say it is a good company....good prices...
When I ordered my rims they sent me the wrong ones first
When I called they set-up a truck to come and pick them up and ship them back for free.
Once I told them that the truck came they shipped me the right ones.
The only bad thing I have against them is that it is hard to get a hold of someone there at times. took about half a week for first set to come then another week for second.
I would say it is a good company....good prices...

and cheapest best tires ive ever ordered. At first i had nankangs now i roll on wanli's and they are so much better. The nankangs vibrated even a wheel centering hub ring (sp?) did not work. Anyway i got wanli's in the font and they stick better and ride smoother and look better.

Their customer service was awesome, very helpful and the prices were great with free shipping. Couldn't ask for a better service and product.

The guy that worked there was a member on this site, so he hooked me up. $925 + $100 shipping = $1025 from Florida to Texas. Ordered by phone, and he sent them out either that day or the next. It took less than a week to get to my house. Included the Tuner Lug nuts for my wheels, mounted and balanced tires. Good service. Recommend!

Review of vulcantire.com When I was looking for a place to buy my Falken ZE-512s, I tried going to falkentires.com to find some more info for them. That redirected me to Vulcan Tire. They had by far the cheapest price for the Falkens of any other online store I had seen. My 205/60/15's were $43 each! Shipping varies by location but for me, the total price was $210 shipped. That was much cheaper than all the other shipped prices I had seen at other websites.
They also have a 30 day guarantee on most Falken tires.
So I ordered on Saturday, November 8th, and they arrived on Thursday, November 13th. Since UPS doesn't work on Saturday or Sunday, that means they shipped on Monday and arrived on Thursday.
Fast shipping, excellent prices.
I totally recommend them.
(btw, Falken's website is falkentire.com, not falkentires.com as I had first tried above, hence the redirection.)

I went with TIRERACK after weeks of debate.
Rating Overall: 9 out of 10
I ordered my tires on a Monday and payed for the 3 Day Fed Ex for $30.
Give a day for processing and I had my tires by Friday. No one ever knocked on the door from Fed Ex, just dropped them off. They look kinda beat up on the otside, but perhaps a little cleaning and shining up the tires will help. I expected them to be shipped in a box or something, but each pair tied together.
I got some Yoko's AVS ES100 205/60R15 's
PAYED: $338 Best deal I could find. Saved about a $130 over Local Wheelworks.
RECOMMENDATION: GO WITH THESE GUYS, QUICK AND A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

Give a day for processing and I had my tires by Friday. No one ever knocked on the door from Fed Ex, just dropped them off. They look kinda beat up on the otside, but perhaps a little cleaning and shining up the tires will help. I expected them to be shipped in a box or something, but each pair tied together.
I got some Yoko's AVS ES100 205/60R15 's
PAYED: $338 Best deal I could find. Saved about a $130 over Local Wheelworks.
RECOMMENDATION: GO WITH THESE GUYS, QUICK AND A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

Rep Power: 0 I wanted to order from wheelsnext at first, but their prices were so unbelieveable, it freaked me out a bit, so I called them and ask how many tires/wheels are in the package, and the woman told me one..."ONE!" so either she doesn't know her crap or she thinks I'm stupid and it was a stupid question...well for giovanna rims, tires, balancing and free springs + free shipping sounded unrealistic for me...so BLAH!

Rep Power: 0 I purchased my Konig's through G-FORCEPERFORMANCEANDSOUND.COM Excellent customer service when I called and the wheels came double boxed. Hubrings were included and they have free mounting and balancing on wheel and tire packages.
