Spinning hub caps
i was in East LA yesterday and i saw a POS 80somthing toyota with spinning hub caps. that thing looked so freaking ugly!!! i think the caps were 14's... and they were chromed...

Hey Bimmer, I actually saw those locked rims in person during my trip to UT Austin. It scared the hell outof me, because I saw the car pulling up to an intersection, and I thought the sum#itch was going to skid through the red light.

some guy came into the store i work at(auto parts store) and was seeing if we would sell those.. they are not metal.. they are plastic... plastic with chrome plating..

those are adaptors for other rims. in the link, those are actually metal and they attach to regular rims to make them spinners. what he is talking about is plastic hubcaps that spin. go to pepboys or soemthing and see them. they are like 30 bucks for a set of 4. Thread
