4 to 5 lug converter???HELP

i have a little problem my dad is selling his 30th anniversary camaro and it has nice 18in chrome rims on it they were like $1800 with nice tires they are barley used, i was just wondering if there is a converter that wil convert our bolt patter to the camaro bolt patter? it is a 5 lug and we have a 4 and i really want the rims plus i dont have the money to buy any right now. I have a old dune buggy and it has a converter on it to make it fit chevy wheels so please can anyone tell me if there is such a thing. Thanks alot guys.

I don't know of any kind of "converter". Whats the bolt pattern and offset? Chances are, they're not going to fit anyways... cuz they're probably 18x8 fronts with 18x9 or 10" rears. So they wouldn't fit anyways.
