Black Rims
I have a black civic and i dunno if i should get black or silver rims? Anyone with pics of black rims on a black civic will be great...and any input from ya'll will be cool too!

Rep Power: 332 Black on black is awesome as hell, the polished lip adds a whole new dimension to the look of it though. With black on black if they don't stand out much they can actually look like stockers w/ no hubcaps. The polished lip adds so much though it's just freakin awesome. But the black on black still looks killer, I love the way chaserx23's ride looks.

Rep Power: 0 id say it depends on what look you're going for...the black on black, especailly matted black is racing styles, but i agree, i think the black with silver lip (5 spokes) looks hype.

get velox vx-8 rims in gunmetal. they look so good and have a silver lip too. i think they are the best gunmetal rims out there with a silver lip.

I have black wheels on my titanium sedan. I like the look alot, but just know that tire shops are going to scratch and scrape the outer parts of the wheel, and it will be very noticable. You'll just need to keep on top top of it with some touch up paint. You should also probably get some black lug nuts, like splinedrives.

Rep Power: 326 I love mine. I get compliments all the time, and half are from older people. One guy at a hotel, while I was at the midatlantic meet, he was in is late 40s-50s, asked where he could buy those wheels because he wanted them for his car. Another guy in a heavily modded S2000 while I was on the highway complimented while we were driving. So yeah I think gunmetal is a good choice. For your red car, gunmetal wheels with a machined lip, get a carbon fiber hood, and paint your calipers either red or black and you have a sick car going.
