Tire noise??

Tire noise?? Everytime i make a sharp left turn it sounds ai if something is rubbing only for a short sec. can anyone tell me what might can be wrong, ALSO only when it rains and i drive thought it it alwasys sounds as if i'm riding on a flat tire.

Rep Power: 0 How fast are you going around the turn? Lowered? Stock tires as in? SI wheels? ex, lx, etc. wheels and hubcaps? If you look in the wheel well, is there anything hanging down? Do you see any wear in the wheel well?

Rep Power: 0 The noise is probably a loose or out-of-alignment wheel
well liner. The plastic attachment rivets easily come loose.
I assume you checked your tire pressure and have no
fender dents. Good luck.
