H&R Wheel Spacers

Does anybody have wheel spacers on their rides? I want to put them on my Civic, but my friend Paris thinks it sounds dangerous. (?) IS it true that my wheels will be slamming into the body work and stuff like that?

You'll have to excuse me if I sound stupid.

dont do it, you will rub if your car is lowered, and might cause damage to your body and tires/rims

Well first... give me 1 functional reason why you need them? or do you even know what they're for?

and no, they're not smart to use. It usually means you ****ed up when you calculated clearances.
