"Of all time" covers a lo-o-o-o-o-o-o-ng time and a lot of wheels...

Because of that I'll have to go with the wheels on Fred Flintstone's car
Caveman Cruiser

They were super-wide
They were lightweight (could be powered by only 2 feet)
They didn't even have to be held on the car by more than an open tree branch
So they may not have looked too good--but they were way ahead of their time
