What are they worth?????

Ok, I have a chance to buy some 19" Konig tantrums. These are the ones that I was going to get before for $350 but they were not worth it. The wheels have had tires on them but never driven on. The wheels have a few scuffs on them from being stacked on top of each other, but other than that are in perfect shape. Also, they do not have center caps. What do you think they are worth? Should I pay like $250 for them or should I just get some 18's from wheelmax for about a grand? Tell me what you think and thanks for your time.

No they are not stolen. This guy I know is desperate for $$$$ and needs to unload them. If I had to rate the condition of the wheels, I would say 9 out of 10. Still worth it?

666, I'm with you. He has no buyer for them and I passed on them the first offering and he called me back. So I think I will make him a low offer and go from there. Actually, I really dont want 19's but for the right price (cheap!!!!) I will do them
