Rep Power: 0 Just leased a 2022 Civic EX
I have a feeling I might have been taken advantage of when I leased my last car. It is a 2022 Civic EX and the vehicle price is listed as $25,695.00. My lease agreement has the final cost of the car at $32,000.00 and odd change. I agreed to extended tire coverage and extended paint coverage. Those were the 2 extras added to the vehicle price. I don't the discrepancy in a $6,000 total difference. I understand about prep, delivery charges and taxes. Could this possibly be the difference? My payments went up $80 $100 a month for my lease payment.

Not even just interest. I am currently awaiting for my 2022 Civic Hatchback Sport Touring to finish production & be shipped. My final price is $34,389 with the destination delivery charge and NYS taxes (also had a large down payment/and I'm financing, no lease/OK Credit. For the highest trim, it's not bad. I also don't have the CNA tire coverage you purchased with your lease which is great to have definitely if you lease) I paid $26,350 for my 2017 ex the year it came out. It all depends honestly on your financial situation for monthly payments though.
