ABS Codes 61-23 and 61-22

Quick summary of things that lead me to here.
Flat front right tire, put off having it fixed and just kept inflating. Tire fixed, car would shake while driving high speeds, but tend to balance out, but only when keeping speed consistent. CEL and VSA came on (tpms light has been on since I had a blowout almost 2 years ago, purchased new tires light never reset, no one has ever mentioned replacing it) and the triangle warning light. I aired all my tires to the same PSI and it drove better, but as soon as pressure was off, it acted up. So I replaced the 2 front tires. All was well but 12 hrs later, it began misfiring. Ran codes, replaced SP, then replaced coils (😬was an acquaintance who did the spark plugs/coils not a certified mechanic) he was unfamiliar with Honda's and especially hybrids, didn't know there were 8 and they were twin firing, blah blah, he's fired. Codes kept showing faulty spark plugs and coils, CEL and above me too ed light all came on again. After I'd asked 15 times if the battery was good and being told it looks fine, I had it tested and it was bad. Oops skipped ahead. Before replacing the battery, I cleaned the terminals with a wire brush, guy who had been doing the work said he poured coke on wm, theyll be fine, grrr. After cleaning, all lights besides normal ones and lingering tpms shut off, car drove great, until it didn't. Now it seems to do ok if I give it a lot of gas at take off, but then doesn't seem to switch gears unless I let up on the gas a bit, but then it jerks hard but switches into gear. This happens going uphill, once level jerking stops. Above mentioned codes 6123 and 61-22 modulator control unit power source LOW VOLTAGE...<<
Please any ideas on what this could be, what it means?? Car still misfiring, so I'm thinking it's showing SP/Coil Codes but the issue is elsewhere. I'm looking for advice before taking to an auto shop, as I am a woman with limited knowledge having some idea of what's going on gives me insight and less likely to be gouged because I have no clue ( I've always had to learn how to fix things to keep from getting ripped off, something women have to deal with, so I don't want to go in blind)

Thanks for all and any suggestions, advice...

Did the "mechanic" use the correct plugs and coils for a hybrid? Did he use denso coils and ngk plugs?

I purchased the plugs and yes, they were the correct plugs. The coils, we actually picked from a junkyard (this was on recommendation from a previous legit mechanic as Densos are special order). Now, another question is, the actual location of plugs...the front row and back row...from my understanding the back row are the main plugs, correct? The coils were only changed in 4, 2 had visible damage and the other 2 because continued misfire. Would it make a difference to switch front ones with back ones?

I'm actually thinking it isn't the issue. There is something else that isn't getting power or enough of it. Like I said when I accelerate from stop, if I push on the gas hard, it takes off fine, but doesn't seem to switch gears, until I slightly depress gas...but if it's too much or not enough gas, it jerks. The last time I had codes run, after changing the battery, it took a bit for anything to pop up then finally shows all 4 and random misfire then ABS 61-22/23 .
