Hey guys,

2006 4 Door Honda Civic DX
just looking for help on what to check-

A/C didn't work. Charge was low.
No power to compressor or condensor.
Relay checks out. All fuses are fine.
Jumped power across the load side of the 2 relays and compressor kicks on and fan kicks on.
When recharged, high side stayed low and needle vibrated. Low side climbed. Replaced Expansion Valve and recharged.

Got a fully charged system.
Still no power to compressor and to condenser fan.
When I hope across the load side of the relays, a/c works fine.
Neither relay is getting ground on its signal side.

Ground appears to be within the PCM.
Is it possible the A/C Control unit is bad? Has anyone seen that?
Is there anything else that would disable both components but allow the system to work fine when jumped?
Or am I looking at a bad PCM or ground?

Any help is appreciated.
