My 2006 a/c compressor is about to freeze, does anyone know how to remove it and if so, what belt can i use to bypass the a/c?

1.8 engine?
Get the belt for a non-AC car.
Leave the compressor where it is.

Had a Civic DX-G 2006 (so with A/C)

my compressor freeze, instead of paying 1000$+ for repair, I only bought a Belt for NON A/C civic and bypassed the compressor.

Work like a charm for 30$.

Did you remove the a/c pump or just bypass it with the smaller belt?

You just need a smaller belt
