So my 96 civic center vents don’t blow/very little air. I checked the actuator and it’s the arm/gear is moving (I think) as it should. Then I switch from floor to face to defrost it does it’s job but nothing comes out of the center vents. Anyone know what it could be? Could it still be the actuator? If not what other things should I check/look at? I’ll try anything at this point.
