I've had my 2013 1.6 D civic for apx 4.5 years now and tonight when locking the car I noticed that I had an orange light start blinking apx every second on the main dash near where the LH indicator light would be.
After checking the manual it states that this is the anti theft deterrent light, but I have never seen this before.
The radio's red light has always been on (flashing).
Like I said I've had the car for over 4 years and this is the first time I've seen this.

any idea why has it just started working, if that is indeed what it is?
