Cheapest place to buy screws & bumper clips?

Cheapest place to buy screws & bumper clips?
I removed the rear bumper. Two of the screws had to be drilled out (the ones that go in vertically in the wheel well). Others came out rusted.
I am seeing prices of $10-$15 for 100 pieces, which I dont need: https://www.clipsandfasteners.com/product-p/a22203.htm
Where can I get them cheaper? Any ideas? I live in Canada btw.

You'd probably be spending more for fewer. The only reason it's that cheap is because you're buying them in bulk. Like Colin said, junkyard (8th gen civic should be fine) is probably your best bet.

I'll call junkyard but usually they make you pull the parts direct & bumpers go first, so those parts would be gone & screws probably stripped or rusty, who knows...will call around.
