My daughter drove up this week to visit us with her spouses 2012 civic. She hit a rabbit on the way up on the highway at about 70 mph which did some damage to the panels underneath the car.
I put the car up on jacks stand to see what I could do as parts were scrapping along the ground and discovered damage from a previous accident from several years ago (spouse) that has me concerned.

The civic rear ended another car in that incident and both sides are shown with what appears to be welds and existing cracks. I'm not sure if this is all part of the frame but it does not appear to be 'swappable'

Are you in a state that has regular inspections? If it’s been years since the accident, I’m not sure I’d be concerned. A rabbit definitely wouldn’t have made things worse. A deer, sure, but a rabbit would be insignificant.

Those aren't cracks, that's just the joint that wasn't fully welded, it was stitch welded to maintain flexibility when the car was built
