8th gen civic

I have a 2006 Honda Civic lx 5 speed. I’m trying to figure the problem out I think it’s my axles. But then I don’t know. It’s fine at low speeds liek around 50 mph but when I get on the highway and start to accelerate I get a vibration in the steering but if I’m just cruising around 70 and not accelerating it’s fine and also when I brake it shakes a little. If anyone has an idea plz let me know

Re: 8th gen civic

Vibration during braking, warped rotors is typically the cause.

Vibration at certain speeds? Tire balancing and/or alignment

That's where I'd look first.

hey thanks for responding I’ve done all of that.and I’ve put new slotted rotors and new brake pads on but When I lifted the car up and turned the wheels. It started making a clicking noise from the passenger side but I couldn’t pin where it was coming from
