Whistling noise when over 4000 rpm ? Vacuum leak??? HELP

I’ve got a 2010 civic lx 1.8. 5 speed and when I accelerate over maybe 4-6 thousand rpms I get a serious high pitched noise. Thinking it’s a vacuum leak but can’t seem to find the source. Any help is greatly appreciated. Any common hoses that come off or crack??

I suspect a CEL if you had a vacuum leak. Hose might have come off the intake.

Does it make the noise stationary but revving the engine?
