Car cuts out

Hi i have an 07 Si and recently, (this has happened twice), i’ll be driving and for a split second my car will shut off and all my dash lights come on and then car just goes back to normal. i lose all my throttle and power steering but then it comes back. does anyone know what this is?

Check for loose battery/ground connections

the battery looked but there was a little corrosion around the positive and negative

Looking at the connections isn't the same as actually checking if they're loose
