Since I have the 1.8 L what spark plug provides the best life for this engine? NGT or Denso Should you use any dielectric grease on the threads too just not near the tip?
What will be the sign of a ball joint or tie rod problem on these vehicles from just wearing out? Around 150,000miles?
How often are the rear shoes and drums need to be turned/replaced? 100,000 or 130,000

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Best LIFE? The precious metal plugs wear so slowly they could outlast the car, so long as they don't get fouled (fleabay discount replacement warning: counterfeit spark plugs don't last)
If it were my personal car, I'd probably pull the 4 plugs out and see if I could find a reason to replace them.

Honda says use anti-seize on threads, but the NGK website says don't use anything on threads.
FWIW I install them dry.

Unless you deliver pizza or newspapers for a living, they are probably not worn very much.
HINT: My dealer does not stock brake shoes for any Honda, because we don't sell them
