D16y8 Head to a d16y7 body [solved]

Hello Everyone hopefully you guy are doing great came here today to ask for help Im planning on doing a mini swap from y7 head to a y8 im doing this because I wanted to add vtec on my civic and i just needed to know what parts I need to complete this swap
Down below is a pic of what I think I need
D16y8 head(not in the picture)
D16y8 intake manifold
wirings its labeled but not to sure if its needed came from the old owner
Vtec
some new seals

thats all I can name if there is more please feel free to comment it, it would help me out a lot. I’m all new to this and my first project car would mean a lot if I can get all the information I need. Thank you in advance!

You’ll need an ECU as well, but then that should be everything.

Harness would be necessary, but you can wire it separately if needed.

An ecu for a d16y8 with whatever trans you have. Year range would be 96-98 or 99-00. Whatever one your car is
