So I have 2000 honda civic civic hatchback with a 1.4L d14z1 engine. Im Im thinking of doing an engine swap but have no idea what I should go for 😬 Im mainly looking for a decent increase in power and most importantly to decrease emissions (because of country regulations etc) Any more modern engine suggestions that have great emissions and also a good amount of power?

Or maybe a way that i could drastically reduce emissions for an mot test?😁

I'm not sure what country you live in, but if you have access to an OBD2 B16, I'd do that
