Hi, so I'm having a few issues with my car that I would like help with. I swapped a B16B JDM Type R swap into a 2000 Civic ex. I am using a P2T ecu. I had a check engine light for a crank fluctuation sensor and I resolved the code by putting a sensor in. Now I have a few codes that appear. I was told to drive the car 80 miles to pass inspection, and I have drove over 300 and I still cannot pass. The codes go on and off at random times but for some reason they can never be fully resolved. Please help me so I can get my car inspected.

Im not exactly sure, I am away from home right now. And i left my car with my dad. He said a lot of codes. They would clear and the next time the car went on the scanner more codes would appear.
