1986 crx hf engine swap

I've done a bit of research on swapping for out my stock motor for something new, I purchased my crx in almost flawless condition with 137k original miles but man do I want more than 58 ponies. It is said because my model is carbed its much much more difficult to swap and is costly. I'm here seeking recommendations on the best/fastest motors I can use to swap with and what all I would need to make it happen. I personally would like to obtain 150hp or more. I am far from being an expert at these things as this is actually my first car and would love the honda community to help a brother out. Also would love to see some other modification recommendations for my car besides swapping the engine. Thank you.

I'd go with the vtec variants of

-k20
-k24
-b16
-b18

180-204hp
