Ok so let me explain I finished replacing the heater core and had unplugged a lot of the wiring. Now everything is back except for this green slim plug that’s identical to another one that could go into this black port on the right of the heater core. ( sorry for the lack of automotive words)

these two green plugs are twins and don’t know which goes in the black outlet and where the other belongs.

wiring in hondas are pretty much made to length, so usually you can easily find where they go by checking where they can reach
could be to the right of the picture

The one on the left goes to the actuator you can see on the left. The connector on the right I believe goes to the recirculation actuator which is to the right of the ECU. I can't remember which side of the actuator the plug is on, you'll have to look.
