02 Civic a/c condenser problem

02 Civic a/c condenser problem
Just had the a/c topped off. Did not need much. This was done on an overcast day and ambient temp was 88 degrees. Inside temp was around 43 to 45 after the top off.
Question- when the sun came out temps ranged from 93 to 105, a/c is not cooling well. Noticed all of the lower fins on the condenser are all mashed in when you look thru the bottom of the bumper cover.
Will this have a drastic effect on the cooling?
